1. What does the streaming ticket include?

Streaming gives you live access to watch the entire event (talks, activities, and atmosphere of the Summit – not workshops). Virtual attendees are viewers only. The streaming ticket also includes participation in the exclusive online raffle on Sunday, September 21st.

Con el streaming tendrás acceso en directo para ver todo el evento (charlas, actividades y el ambiente del Summit-no los talleres). Los asistentes virtuales son únicamente espectadores. La entrada de streaming incluye además la participación en la rifa exclusiva online del domingo 21 de septiembre.

2. Can I shop during the streaming?

No. Since the Summit is a physical event, in-person attendees have the first option to purchase from vendors. Virtual attendees can follow vendors on Instagram and contact them directly after the event about any leftover items.

No. Como el Summit es un evento físico, los asistentes presenciales tienen prioridad para comprar a los expositores. Los asistentes virtuales podrán seguir a los vendedores en Instagram y contactarles directamente después del evento para preguntar por los leftovers.

3. Is the streaming interactive?

No. Streaming attendees watch the event but do not take part in activities or workshops. The only interactive benefit for online guests is the raffle on September 21st.

4. When is the raffle for streaming attendees?

The raffle will take place on Sunday, September 21st via Zoom. All registered virtual attendees will receive the link and instructions by email.

5. Will the streaming be recorded?

Yes, but solely for the organization’s internal quality control purposes, not for later reproduction by users.

The event will be broadcast live to keep the experience as close as possible to being there in person.

We’ll use Zoom Webinar. You’ll receive the access link after purchasing your ticket.

7. What time does the streaming start?

Streaming starts at 10:00 AM (CET, Madrid time) on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, and runs in two parts throughout the day of the Summit.

8. Do I need a Zoom account to join?

No. You’ll simply receive a link by email. You can join through your browser or the free Zoom app.

  1. Organizer: The streaming is organized by Blythe Summit 
  2. Access:
    • Only persons who have purchased an online ticket may access the streaming.
    • Each link is personal and non-transferable.
  3. Use of the link:
    • The link is for the registered participant only.
    • Reproduction, sharing, or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited.
  4. Technical responsibility:
    • The organizer is not responsible for internet connection issues, device malfunctions, or Zoom Webinar platform failures on the participant’s side.
    • It is recommended to join 10 minutes before the streaming starts.
  5. Intellectual property:
    • All content displayed during the streaming (talks, images, videos, products) is the property of Blythe Summit and the exhibitors.
    • Recording, reproduction, or distribution without express permission is prohibited.
    • Data protection:
      • Personal data provided will be used solely for streaming access and raffle participation.
      • Participants agree to receive communications related to the event.
  6. Modifications and cancellation:
    • The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, program, or content of the streaming for justified reasons.
    • In case of total cancellation, the ticket will be refunded.

    • Cada enlace es personal e intransferible.

    • Queda prohibida su reproducción, difusión o cesión a terceros.
  4. Responsabilidad técnica:
    • La organización no se hace responsable de problemas de conexión a internet, fallos técnicos de dispositivos o de la plataforma Zoom Webinar por parte del participante.
    • Se recomienda conectarse 10 minutos antes del inicio del streaming.

    • Todo el contenido mostrado durante el streaming (charlas, imágenes, vídeos, productos) es propiedad de Blythe Summit y expositores.
