BeSummit 2026 – Streaming FAQs
1. What does the streaming ticket include?
With the streaming, you will have live access to watch broadcasts from the event, divided into time slots yet to be determined. (talks, activities, and atmosphere of the BeSummit – not workshops) in English and Spanish. Virtual attendees are viewers only.
In two ticket types, participation in the exclusive online raffle on Sunday, November 14th, 2026 is also included.
¿Qué incluye la entrada de streaming?
Con el streaming tendrás acceso en directo para ver directos desde el evento separados por tramos horarios aún por determinar (charlas, actividades y el ambiente del BeSummit – no los talleres) en inglés y castellano. Los asistentes virtuales son únicamente espectadores.
En dos modelos de entrada se incluye además la participación en la rifa exclusiva online del domingo 14 de noviembre de 2026.
2. Can I shop online during the streaming?
No. Since BeSummit is a physical event, in-person attendees have the first option to purchase from vendors. Virtual attendees can follow vendors on Instagram and contact them directly after the event about any leftover items.
¿Puedo comprar online durante el streaming?
No. Como BeSummit es un evento físico, los asistentes presenciales tienen prioridad para comprar a los expositores. Los asistentes virtuales podrán seguir a los vendedores en Instagram y contactarles directamente después del evento para preguntar por los leftovers.
3. Is the streaming interactive?
No. Streaming attendees watch the event but do not take part in activities or workshops. The only interactive benefit for online guests is the raffle on November 14th.

4. When is the raffle for streaming attendees?
The raffle will take place on Saturday, November 14th via Zoom. All registered virtual attendees will receive the link and instructions by email.
¿Cuándo es la rifa para los asistentes del streaming?
La rifa tendrá lugar el sábado 14 de Noviembre a través de Zoom. Todos los asistentes virtuales registrados recibirán el enlace e instrucciones por correo electrónico.
5. Will the streaming be recorded?
The recorded streaming sessions will be available so participants can watch them anytime, accommodating different time zones even if they cannot attend live.

Los tramos del streaming que serán grabados quedarán disponibles para que los participantes puedan verlos en cualquier momento, adaptándose a distintos husos horarios aunque no puedan asistir en directo.
6. What platform will be used for the streaming?
We’ll use Zoom Webinar. You’ll receive the access link after purchasing your ticket.

Usaremos Zoom Webinar. Recibirás el enlace de acceso pocos días antes del evento, tras comprar tu entrada.
7. What time does the streaming start?
The streaming will begin in time slots to be determined on Saturday, October 24th, 2026.

El streaming comenzará en tramos horarios por determinar el sábado 24 de octubre de 2026.
8. Do I need a Zoom account to join?
No. You’ll simply receive a link by email. You can join through your browser or the free Zoom app.

Organizer: The streaming is organized by BeSummit
Access:
Only persons who have purchased an online ticket may access the streaming. Each link is personal and non-transferable.
Use of the link:
The link is for the registered participant only. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Technical responsibility:
The organizer is not responsible for internet connection issues, device malfunctions, or Zoom Webinar platform failures on the participant’s side. It is recommended to join 10 minutes before the streaming starts.
Intellectual property:
All content displayed during the streaming (talks, images, videos, products) is the property of BeSummit and the exhibitors. Recording, reproduction, or distribution without express permission is prohibited.
Data protection:
Personal data provided will be used solely for streaming access and raffle participation. Participants agree to receive communications related to the event.
Modifications and cancellation:
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, program, or content of the streaming for justified reasons. In case of total cancellation, the ticket will be refunded.

Responsabilidad técnica:
La organización no se hace responsable de problemas de conexión a internet, fallos técnicos de dispositivos o de la plataforma Zoom Webinar por parte del participante. Se recomienda conectarse 10 minutos antes del inicio del streaming.
Propiedad intelectual:
Todo el contenido mostrado durante el streaming (charlas, imágenes, vídeos, productos) es propiedad de BeSummit y expositores. Queda prohibida su reproducción, grabación o difusión sin autorización expresa.
Protección de datos:
Los datos personales facilitados se usarán únicamente para gestionar el acceso al streaming y la participación en rifas. El participante acepta recibir comunicaciones relacionadas con el evento.
Modificaciones y cancelación:
La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar el programa, horarios o contenido del streaming por motivos justificados. En caso de cancelación total, se reembolsará la entrada.
