Thank you for your interest in the workshops and demonstrations at Beβ¦Summit Tokyo 2026!
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application.
Important information:
- A valid Beβ¦Summit Tokyo 2026 event ticket is required.
- You may apply for as many workshops and demonstrations as you wish.
- Workshops held during the event will take place between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. As some activities have different durations, their schedules may overlap. It is your responsibility to choose workshops accordingly.
- If applications exceed capacity, places will be allocated by random draw.
- Registration closes on 24 September 2026 (23:59 JST).
- All selected participants will receive a confirmation email on 25 September 2026.
- Participants selected for paid workshops will receive a payment link in the same email. Payment may be made by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
- Payment must be completed within 48 hours, otherwise the place will automatically be offered to another applicant.
- Unless otherwise stated, workshops take place at the event venue. The Full Workshop by Momolita will be held on 25 October 2026 at a separate venue.

Workshop & Demonstration Terms & Conditions
By submitting the workshop registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Workshop and demonstration registration is exclusively available to holders of a valid Beβ¦Summit Tokyo 2026 event ticket.
Eligibility will be verified using the name and/or email address associated with the event ticket purchase. If eligibility cannot be verified, the registration will be cancelled.
2. Registration Period
Workshop registration is open until 24 September 2026 (23:59 JST).
No new registrations or modifications will be accepted after this deadline unless expressly authorised by the organisers.
3. Applying for Workshops
Participants may apply for as many workshops and demonstrations as they wish.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.
4. Workshop Schedule
Workshops and demonstrations taking place during the main event will be scheduled between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the event day.
As workshops have different durations, some activities may overlap.
Applicants are solely responsible for selecting workshops according to the published schedule. The organisers cannot guarantee that selected workshops will not overlap and accept no responsibility if a participant is unable to attend two activities scheduled at the same time.
5. Selection Process
If applications exceed the available capacity, participants will be selected through an internal random draw conducted by the Beβ¦Summit Team.
The organisersβ decision is final.
To ensure fair access, the organisers reserve the right to limit the number of workshop places allocated to a single participant if necessary.
6. Notification of Results
All successful applicants will receive a confirmation email on 25 September 2026.
Participants selected for paid workshops will also receive a secure payment link in the same email.
Please ensure your email address is correct and regularly check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder. Failure to receive or read the email does not extend any deadlines.
7. Payment for Paid Workshops
Payment may be made by:
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
Reservations not paid within this period will be automatically cancelled and offered to another participant on the waiting list.
The organisers are under no obligation to reserve unpaid places beyond the payment deadline.
8. Workshop Locations
Unless otherwise stated, workshops and demonstrations will take place at the Beβ¦Summit Tokyo 2026 venue.
The Full Workshop by Momolita will take place on 25 October 2026 at an external venue.
Participants are responsible for arriving at the correct location on time.
9. Schedule Changes
Workshop times, instructors, venues, duration or contents may change if operational circumstances require it.
Should a paid workshop be cancelled by the organisers, the workshop fee will be refunded in full.
10. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
- Arrive on time.
- Follow staff and instructor instructions.
- Respect fellow participants.
- Use materials responsibly.
The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts an activity, without refund.
11. Participant Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified, payments for paid workshops are non-refundable.
If a participant cannot attend, they should notify the organisers as soon as possible.
12. Photography & Recording
Photography and video recording may take place during workshops for promotional and documentary purposes.
By participating, attendees consent to the use of such images unless they have informed the organisers in writing beforehand.
13. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate.
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, allergies, lost or damaged belongings except where required by law.
14. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
15. Final Decisions
The Beβ¦Summit Team reserves the right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and make the final decision regarding workshop registration and participation.
Submitting the registration form constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
