• After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation, which guarantees your attendance at the event — and shortly after, your access ticket (with a QR code) will be sent to the email you provide.

• Each ticket has a unique ID and must be presented in digital or printed form on the day of the event.

• Non-refundable, but transferable to another person if you cannot attend (prior notification required).

• Tras tu compra, recibirás tu comprobante, esto asegura tu asistencia al evento – y un poco después, tu ticket de acceso (con un QR) al email que facilites.
  Si recibes el comprobante pero no el ticket ¡no te preocupes! lo generamos a mano y  te lo enviaremos lo antes posible.

• Cada ticket tiene un ID único y debe presentarse en formato digital o impreso el día del evento.

• No reembolsable, pero transferible a otra persona en caso de que no puedas asistir (notificación previa requerida).
